you're wrong about me being a big fish I still feel about two years old ,I've been diagnosed 2 1/2 years -still don't quite believe it ,someone had said borderline personality disorder so I thought it would be that !still slightly shocked that they said high functioning autism !.True. To big fish like you im a guppie.
So how long have you been diagnosed
I was aware thanks to my therapist that i had it i just need a confirmation.you're wrong about me being a big fish I still feel about two years old ,I've been diagnosed 2 1/2 years -still don't quite believe it ,someone had said borderline personality disorder so I thought it would be that !still slightly shocked that they said high functioning autism !.
let me tell you it doesn't get any easier just because you're not a teenager Im now perimenopausal ,so mood swings are every single day.I was aware thanks to my therapist that i had it i just need a confirmation.
Well i sometimes think i might have a mood disorder like bipolarity or borderline . I heard that autism can result in mood swings thanks to poor emotional management. It doesn't help imma teen
Well my mom has heavy mood swings and is abusive and i do wonder if sje has bpd or is bipolarlet me tell you it doesn't get any easier just because you're not a teenager Im now perimenopausal ,so mood swings are every single day.
it's very unlikely that you have bipolar disorder! it's just autism means perceiving feelings is very very complicated, I continued with diagnosis because I was just not coping .
