Fitness thread--what was your workout today?

So nice of you to ask! It’s doing a lot better. I’m slowly easing back into exercise under the guidance of a sports physio. I still feel a little worried about exercise, but the exercise is also to regain confidence in my body :)
I'm really glad you're doing better :) I hadn't looked at this thread in a while.
Hope you'll be feeling like yourself again soon! :)

It's been a pretty busy week for me with recording projects, and stuff with church. Haven't had time to hop on the stationary bike since Tuesday, but I've been able to get out and go power walking every day. I plan on getting back to my normal routine of a daily 45 minutes on the bike starting tonight, plus power walking as much as I can, weather permitting.

30 minutes of low impact combat training this afternoon. I found a nice HIIT workout on my stationary bike last week, I'm hoping to incorporate that into my schedule this week.

45 minutes of core early this morning, 15 km of cycling later today for work. My glutes would like a word with me.

Alright. Did 40 mins jogging. Did weight machines. Did bike 30 mins. Did a strange machine that your feet go out to the side- sideways pedal for 30 mins. And l handled my social scene less turtle like. Lol

I did a leisurely 20 minute walk and 20 minutes of low impact dancing. I’m butthurt from yesterday’s exercise

At gym. Drank coffee. Feel tired. Did 60 mins on strange elliptical, the one that is harder more like stair stepper one.

I wonder if that's the one that manufacturers call an HIIT or MAX trainer. There's also the Cybex ArcTrainer, which I used to like a lot, back when I was going to Planet Fitness.

30 minutes of low impact combat training, 60 minutes of cycling. It was a good day. And my physio cleared me for all types of exercise again!

30 minutes on the bike this morning, 5.5 mile power walk this afternoon, started doing some upper-body stuff this evening. Can't do a full push-up to save my life, can't even do them on my knees on the floor, (I'll get there, eventually. Lol) So, knees on the floor, hands on my bench, did 3x15, then 3x15 bench dips. I'll probably hop back on the bike later tonight.

30 minutes of HIIT on my exercise bike. I suspect the trainer of trying to kill me. I feel pretty good now that the training is over though :D

30 minutes on the bike this morning, then a 4-mile run (my first run in about three years) this afternoon. I'll probably be alternating between power-walking and running for my outdoor activities for the next little while, weather permitting of course.

Alright, this thread motivated me. 30 mins fast jog. One elliptical 35 mins. One bike session 30 mins, but l agree, bikes hurt tush. And l did serious weight machines, thank you YMCA.

Why do exercise bikes hurt so much? What muscles are these? My entire lower backside aches. I only started biking because you guys are doing it. :)

Ran up and down the beach with my dogs yesterday for about two hours (intermittently, not all at once.)
I was pretty exhausted today so just did a typical long walk. Maybe some hiking tomorrow but my legs are sore lol
