Funniest movies of all time thread!

Certainly one of the funniest scenes of a comedy. Gene Hackman and Peter Boyle in "Young Frankenstein". :D

And one of my favorite openings of any comedy film: "Cannonball Run".

Another good one is Duck Soup by the Marx Brothers.

Of course there's also Horse Feathers!

"I don't care what they have to say, it makes no difference anyway. Whatever it is, I'm against it. And even when you've changed it or condensed it. I'm against it..."

Always makes me chuckle :-)

Dumb and Dumber type movies.
Harold and Kumar.
Grumpy Old Men and other old men movies like Last Vegas. Bucket List.
And anything BORAT!

All the ones listed so far, plus Forest Gump (Tom Hanks), Overboard (Goldie Hawn), The Full Monty, Planes, Trains and Automobiles (Steve Martin). So many others I can't think of right now.

"Our Man Flint" and "In Like Flint" with James Coburn. :) Funny.

I saw a great Scandinavian comedy once about a cop who went mental after his wife left him but I can't remember what it was called.

In the US, it's an actual plan for society,...and we are well on our way.
Don't worry, the UK is hot on the heels of the US! The UK seems to see what's happening in the US and decides to copy it too. "Britain Trump" was our last long term prime minister. There were loads of people phoning into radio talk shows over here saying that it was just gosh darned dandy that we had a Trump clone in charge. I mean I don't know why we don't just go for it and rename the country "America 2 Electric Boogaloo Sponsored by Bawndo, it's got electrolytes!!!!". :unamused:

We are looking at Trump 2.0,...here we go again,...only better (sarcasm). Conspiracy theorists now have a voice and are running for office. Just waiting for them to stand up here and start communing with their alien overlords. Put on your foil hats kids,...it's going to be a bumpy ride.

Oh we very nearly saw a Britain Trump 2.0 here! It's gotta be something to do with Aliens. I think it's Kang and Kodos!

...Ancient Alien theorists say, YES!

@LadyS YES! It is those type of movies I find hilarious.
Anything with Morgan Freeman. Funny or not. One of my favourite actors.
