Funniest movies of all time thread!

Sherlock Holmes and the Strange Case of the End of Civilisation As We Know It
1977 John Cleese film
Every time I watch this movie I laugh so hard I can hardly breathe.

One of my favourite funny movies is probably Idiocracy. The nightmare inevitability of a NT world. ;)

Autistics are as capable of ushering in an Idiocracy as much or more than so-called NTs. I actually shudder to think of a world populated entirely be autistics. No thank you. Although such a thing would make a very funny movie indeed!

This is a much debated issue but I don't care what anyone says,
Ace Ventura was ridiculously funny.

With Halloween approaching this reminds me of a Halloween years ago and dressing my toddler up as Ace Ventura from this scene:

(And my husband shaking his head in the background lol..)

Well, I was being a bit tongue in cheek :-) I guess I should have phrased it differently to imply balance would be better than going too far in one direction. Though I still think an entirely NT world would probably very much resemble the one in Idiocracy

This would also have been a fun costume. But it's difficult to attach the spears. :)

I don't watch many movies these days, but love a good comedy.
