Building your own is better, there is no hassle, only leads you to get a worser pc that is overpriced, I can't find any pre-built PC fitting my needs.

No. I don't really play games.

I don't own a high end PC, (Currently using an HP Envy.)

It's not a gaming thing, it is more like a very high end programming language, and you don't need a high end PC, I think the HP Envy will work. I made it work on a Ryzen 5600G.

Unreal engine is used to make games, (to my knowledge) Much like Unity and other software.
