Last thing you ate

Grilled tuna with a piece of flat bread with Tuscan Herb Pesto on it and, a small arugula salad with a lemon vinaigrette on that. Half a glass of white Zinfandel wine to drink with that. (and water of course)
 
Nutella toast and an iced caramel coffee. ☕

Lemon flavoured Activia yogurt. You would think that it wouldn't be tasty, but boy is it ever.
 
Paella with muscles and shrimp, Caesar's Salad, Blush wine. Followed by watermelon sorbet. (Yes I was on a seafood binge today.)
 
My low-carb ice cream with 1 serving of peanuts, which makes a total of 6 carbs. Before that I had a giant bowl of spinach salad, with cheese and ham and topped with mayo, mustard, sugar-free ketchup as sauce. For some reason, lately I've been craving ketchup.
 
Just coffee this morning - Emeril's Big Bold Easy to be exact. [Meeting someone for lunch and, they want to meet at a cafe that is known for rich food so, I need to save my calories for that today.
