An Amazon 4k Fire Stick.

An Audio Book from my Audible account on Amazon, however the purchase has failed for some reason and been refunded according to Amazon customer services (who I chatted with online a couple of hours ago), I'm trying to download the book to my Amazon Echo Plus device, and it wasn't in the list so I contacted support.

Can't fault Amazon customer services though, I rang them up last week about another issue and they were very helpful, Foreign call centre as well and they're usually worse than useless.
