The last thing you bought?

My new "steppin' out" shoes.

A smarter battery charger. CITYORK
full
  1. It charges single batteries at a time. (My previous charger only charged like pairs in series.)
  2. It stops charging when the battery is fully charged. (Previous gave no such indication when batteries were fully charged.)
So far, so good.

LOL. Uh-huh. I've improved my "improvised" frozen pizza taste recently with multiple types of cheese rather than just the usual mozzarella.

With "Mexican" food I tend to stick using Colby-Jack and Cheddar. Just bought more too!

And quite by accident, I recently discovered sprinkling Parmesan Cheese on fried onion rings!

This is an old thread so sorry for the belated comment, but I like Parmesan cheese on popcorn.

I ordered a bat house, a self-watering microgreen growing kit and mixed seeds, and some hoops for the garden to make it easier for me to protect tender plants when it is cold.

I got the timecop1983 album Lovers part 1 & 2 and this as a gift to myself. It’s a large cent about the size of a half dollar

"Oxford" Brand copy-holder for manual typewriter, $2
Parts for Singer 27 Vibrating Shuttle machine, 99 cents
Double barrel 12-bore shotgun, old percussion-cap type, $105

About six years ago, I bought a new chain and freewheel for my bike, after seeking out vendors in my new home. Today, I went to install them, and discovered another set I had bought maybe 25 years ago in favourite old stores. I guess I really like using stuff right up. Just now, I bought another penny's worth of electricity to illuminate the installation.

Next thing I need to get is a new freewheel for mine. I bought a new chain last year after a link cracked, but the new chain skips while the old one is fine after fixing the bad link. Learned that the worn freewheel matches the worn chain.

I got the bike new in 1988. Over the last 7 years I’ve been renewing worn things on it, but using NOS parts whenever possible.

If you wait to replace a chain until 24 links are 12 1/8" long, you have to replace the freewheel. If you only wear the chain to 12 3/32" long, the freewheel is OK. You can bring one back from too worn if you have a chain that is only half as worn to use for a while.

All of these were from February this year. Now I'm just getting around to posting them. The Ty plush was a leftover from Valentine's Day at Food City. The old Care Bear Cousin plushies were bought on eBay. Used to own Proud Heart Cat, but I rebought her. The rest were from Books-A-Million and Target. We went to Kingsport, Tennessee because I had Christmas money I wanted to spend. Did pretty good that day. :)
