What do I do??

@Roxiee, do you have any chamomile tea? If so, have a cup before you make your report. It will help calm you subtely. It won't make you feel sleepy.
It is good for anxiety.
 
Another simple one to calm down quick is this breathing technique whilst slowly tracing the outline of your hand with a finger on the opposite hand:

I got scared and fell down the stairs and it's bit swollen
Do you have an elastic bandage or a bandage?, do you know first aid ,do you know how to bandage a joint,

You have damaged the tendons and muscles around the joint and you need to take the pressure off ,by putting a bandage on then take an analgesic, that you're not allergic to and doesn't cause stomach problems.
when you're ready to eat , eat much more protein and much more vitamin c, that will start the process of repairing the damage and prevent infection,

Have pure orange juice as it's got salt in and it won't make your blood sugar spike and then drop too quickly.
If you can afford it and you can manage it ,buy 500mg of slow-release vitamin c and 1500 mg of slow release vitamin c and take 1500 and 500 together, once a day, for the next two weeks , then go down to 1500 mg , officially you've got to go below 2000 MG for another 3-weeks and then you can stay on 1500mg.
vitamin c is a natural painkiller, slow-release is the best ,because you won't lose it as quickly in your urine, hope this helps.

It's understandable to be overwhelmed. That was a lot of emotions you'd bottled up for a long time which have all been released after such a long wait. All of these feelings are valid though.

Remind yourself that you did the right thing. The true self-harm was the silence of all these years. But you made it - regardless of how unpleasant the experience of opening up was - you did it. That is highly commendable.
