In my case, stained and worn out . I have some synthetic briefs, that I use for running, but they are hard to find now. Also, I sleep in boxer shorts only.

I have the same problem with the synthetic briefs. Weird they are impossible to find now. I'll let you know if I find a source. Also sleep in boxers.

I wear 'New Balance' underpants, which I can only find on Amazon. They're the most comfortable underwear ever and have no tags at all. I can't stand tags in underwear because they're often almost as big as the garment and usually long. I used to have underwear that had a huge, thick tag that felt like a piece of cardboard and it made me feel sick - not as a sensory issue, I just have a psychological disgust to clothing tags. The underwear I have now is amazing, as it's trendy but so comfortable. I'm past caring about the pressure of having to wear "sexy" underwear now anyway.
