Where are you from?

A coastal town in northwestern washington state usa.

I like to think of it as a western equivalent to Stephen King's town of Castle Rock.

You really want to avoid going there in the summer or around a holiday, as you'll have a much better experience at Disneyland because it won't be overcrowded, and it'll be much easier to find cheap accommodation there in Orange County.

Thank you for the information, I am quit aware of that, sadly most of the time I can only travel in the summer time due to my job...but I would like to see it in the wintertimer...Because it looks amazing with christmas decorations or maybe around Halloween, I would like to experience a proper American Halloween.

I was born in Orlando Florida and i've lived here ever since. It's far from the best U.S. state, but i love it because of the beach life, sunny weather ( most of the time ) and as a big Disney fan, i'm thankful that i live so close to WDW :)

Born in France, live in France.

I decided to create an account here because I dont know, I feel more anonymous here on a english speaking forum, in addition I know that in english speaking forums there is more activity.

I actually understand you, there is a lot of Danish forums as well, but because Denmark is so small there is always someone you know or who lives close by, and there has been so much problems on the danish sites with backstapping and rattling on each other...

Welcome to this forum!! It's a great place to be as the members are accepting, friendly, supportive, helpful and informative.
I now live in Raleigh, North Carolina but have lived in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, Hawaii, Florida, Cayman Islands, Philippines in the past (you know I must be old right?). I used to live for traveling among other things but now unable to due to physical limitations. Happy trails!!!

Hmm okay I am not that aware of Castel Rock, but it sound spoky lol, when you say it like that...When I think of American costal towns I somehow think of "Murder she wrote" or "The Fog" and things like that , that it can be very beautiful but also quit scary and then everyone knows everybody lol?

Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas, in the United States. Been living here my entire life and probably will.

I am a Disney fan as well so it is diffently on my travel list at some point, but I think Florida is facinating with the Swamps and so, but I would love to travel there...

The Philippines, because it's a great jumping off place to travel Asia and also has fabulous scuba diving (my other passion).

Oh I see, I have a friend in the Philippines, I would like to visit her sometimes, but is it safe to travel alone in the Philippines? ...When it comes to travel Asia, Japan is my favourit country, actually it suits a person with aspergers like a glove lol...Everything is scheduled, everything is on time, everything is done the same way lol...

Don't really know now as I was there many years ago (1987-90). I do know there are some dangerous areas , especially in the southern islands and there are still pirates and insurgents who take foreigners hostage but this is mostly in the south. Your friend would be your best guide in that regard.
