My NC headphones have been soaked in water, they're drying now. I so hope they're not broken. I feel really panicky right now. I need my headphones.

Do they still work?

They're still not completely dry yet. I have to wait and see.

Simple deduction. Let's hope they aren't Bose noise-cancelling headphones. None of their line of products is waterproof. Sony asserts something similar, though they still provide an IPX4 water-resistance rating on some of their products.
My harp is on the delivery truck and on its way to my door!

What size will it be?

A lap harp with 29 strings, which means it is a LARGE lap harp. 28+ strings is generally a floor harp (sits on the floor when played, as opposed to being held on the lap).

Harps are not standardized (like a violin or a guitar), so they are more identified by the number of strings than by other identifying features.
Ever befriended someone with ADHD, and bonded over disorders?

I wish. I don't have any friends outside of immediate family. Even as a child I was doing great if a "friend " stayed my friend for 2 weeks rather than 1.🥹 When I daydream that I have a friend they are often neurodivergent in some way though.

I don't seem to get along with other ADHDers (offline). I find we tend to clash.
I have a painful but not too serious spider bite in my left hand. Can’t play Xbox for a while.

I have seen this movie, you should probably warn your neighbors and maybe try to isolate yourself, before it begins. 🤔 ;)

I have seen that movie too. I should warn my Uncle Ben.

Ouch! I hope that it will heal soon.
Moving into my "spare bedroom"/current home office so my actual bedroom, much larger, can be an office space for college. I don't need all this.
Ever get invalidation of your opinion but they don't even bother explaining why? They dismiss it abruptly. With experience, I've learned not to try to convince anyone without an open mind. It doesn't matter to me anymore.

Sorry meant to post it on my profile, that would have seemed a bit random lol 😀

Ever had anyone point out how off your voice sounds when talking to them?

No but from the reaction people have had, my tone and intonation was off

A boy in middle school once randomly asked if I had ever broken my jaw. I was so confused because I hadn’t and when asked he said he was curious why I talked the way I did. It was so embarrassing and awkward.

No. Though I have a mumbling problem. My uncle says 'I don't know what you said' every time I do.
I am going to hit a couple of museums in Seattle before this year ends. And buy myself some Thai noodles while I am up there. A solo day trip.

Enjoy some good Pad Thai! The most interesting I had was at Pad Thai ThipSammai in Bangkok, the place that ostensibly put that dish on the map. In their deluxe version rather than the egg scrambled into the dish the noodles were wrapped in a paper thin omelette.
New Wallace and Gromit movie just came out on Netflix. A must watch for me!

I get the message that it will be available Jan. 3. I am glad to see Aardman recovered from that fire of 2005. The last W&G movie I saw when I was working in Amersham. It even had the British talking about Stinking Bishop.
Funny songs with "minor swears" use to bother me now I can listen to them again like I was a young adult again.
Upon improving my sleep schedule, I realized my skin has improved as well

My mood has being stable for the most part, which is good. The economy is still bad, but I am fortunate compared to most people, not that I’m trying to
Last night I dreamt I beat up a fellow who accused me of being gay. The fight scene in the dream went from one of those where you can't feel yourself throwing a punch to a very realistic one. Then at the end the fellow blurts out "I'm sorry" to which I replied "hi, sorry, I'm gay."

To complicate further I don't actually think I'm gay, it was just a crazy dream building up to a dad joke.

Do people still use "you're gay" as an insult?

That's so cute.
Cutesie

There's probably more of "you're so gay"; the insult is about the person "acting" gay, not so much an accusation of being gay. That's just my take from living in a fairly anti-LGBT community.
Ever get nervous when you into a room full of people you don't know?

Not as much as when I'm in a room full of people who I know just a bit.

It's DJ Format's "We Know Somethin' You Don't Know", a song that makes me want to go mental with breakdancing for some reason.
