Thanks! I've got a LOT more fractal art than what I've shown on this forum, look up the username ScrapFractals on DeviantArt if you want to see them (I dont know if I can just post a link here or not).
Ever had a neighbor's dog just adore you (to the point they follow you home sometimes)?

Yes, there was a little guy that used to go for 3 mile walks with me.
I don't know that he adored me. I thought he was just a friendly
little guy. And a little lonely. His people were gone all day generally.

Well that was infuriating. I'm aware there's a slight misalignment there, but fixing something like that in a fractal is much more complicated than fixing normal digital art. I got it as close as I could without going mad.

I can't see any misalignment

I can appreciate such frustration. The two parallel lines that span across the center horizontally do not match up beyond the center. With the right portion of the parallel lines appearing to be slightly further apart compared to the left portion. Other elements seem to be uneven in terms of left versus right axis as well. But with fractals being so anti-aliased, is absolute symmetry even possible?

Absolute symmetry within a final rendered image is tough to do, not just because of anti-aliasing, but also because of the camera, and the fact that many of these things exist in a 3D space even if they dont seem to (including this one). Though in this case, it's because in attempting to force symmetry, I spun something around when I should have spun AND flipped it. Just mangled it instead.
Still wondering if this life I made, was truly worth it. Built on a foundation of avoidance and created false fears that became reality. Now the fiction has become truth. The sickness buries deep. Darkness drives all I am. Dead inside, like a corpse. Cold, like a doll's stare. Empty, like a room without furniture. I live in a cell in my mind. As cold as the dankest dungeon. As devoid as the most dilapidated spaces.

“Dead inside” made me hear the chorus to this song “do the Vampire, by Superdrag

That song is kinda fitting, honestly.

Also. I do have a thing for vampires. Something about them are just appealing to me. Maybe because of my love of the night and the different feeling of everything covered in shadows.
New friend came over and after hearing about one of my autistic moments today (Walmart was packed) he had went out and got a $54 sativa vape. Okay then I guess lol. Cool guy. Really good stuff, helping me out greatly, my legs feel like they're made of paper.

Wait, not anymore.

Why do I keep thinking of this...?
Snow has melted enough that the trip to the trees is more of a trudge now than an epic journey.

The snow is doing that thing where it melts down during the day, then freezes at night so it gets flater and flater, and slicker and slicker.

No tree juice yet, though.
Seeing a room full of women waiting for the arrival of Luigi Mangione is very jarring.
Ever had the habit of correcting someone's grammar and pronunciation (and getting admonished for it in my case)?

I remember a user on another forum always had good spelling in his posts but for some reason he could never spell "nervous" and kept spelling it as "nurvous". And he kept using the word a lot too. It was driving me mad. I think if you're good at spelling then you notice mistakes more and can have an OCD-like reaction to it.

A piece of advice: if you have friends - wether they're in person or online friends - Fight for them. Make them feel like they're cared for and that they're issues matter. Don't just think that just because you're online you can't do anything to help them.
The allopurinol is working its magic. My knee feels back to normal now. I did some cardio earlier today. I feel ready to take on the damn world and be my productive self at my job again. I want to be who I want to be now. Less time on the couch, more time getting out.
