    The car I take out on track days is a 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder, with safety improvements and a 2ZZ-GE powerplant. May not be blazing fast, but it is a joy to take out to the track.

    Why read it? You already know what it's going to be, because it's always been that way. Reading that and getting agitated and giving more engagement is just what they want. No need to give them that and mess with your mental health. Maybe it's time to dump it?

    I need to buy new shoes with better support for my feet. I will make that costly investment tomorrow. Shoes over movies and games. Better financial handling.

    I took a dose of Turmeric and swallowed it with some 100% tart cherry juice an hour ago. Now I am able to walk again.

    It makes sense to wonder if you could have changed things, but this is not your fault in any way. Thoughts about what you could have done differently will creep in - this is just one of the heavy burdens that those who lose someone to suicide get stuck with. It is part of what makes it so hard for those who are left living. It is part of why we can feel angry when someone we care about takes their life.

    Gout "travels". Have you drowned yourself in organic black cherry juice yet? One simple way to speed up recovery. Sounds like you are still consuming purines that are going to give you such problems. Even symptoms of Metatarsalgia can involve gout in the soles of your feet.

    @Mr. Stevens It pretty well is a majority that. I know my thoughts, in the past, went that direction because of my insesent want to be anything but alive. I lost sight of reality and any sense of belonging to anything.

    Suicide frees the one who takes their life, but leaves the rest of us to bear the sorrow, the confusion, the anger, and the desperation. It is very difficult to be the one left living.

    I just found out a friend of mine who I was worried about due to his mental health issues is dead. He most likely did something stupid.

    I feel like going to the mini mart next door to my office and buying something high in sugar and low in nutritional value. That would be counterproductive to my plans to keep losing weight, however.

    I am aware that a large part of my depression is caused by chemical imbalances. I am not going to do anything stupid because I have that knowledge in mind. I talk to my doctor on Tuesday.
