    I just watched Heavy Metal in 4K, blaring through my speakers and shaking my couch with the subwoofer. One of John Candy’s best films.

    I just watched a crazy woman repeatedly assault a man on the bus a couple of minutes ago. She got kicked off the bus and I wonder what will happen with her after that. I hope she gets arrested eventually.

    I feel like I want some company this weekend, alas all of my local friends will be busy so I have to learn to be my own company for a while. Or one of you can play Xbox with me over the Internet, there's always that option.

    I have a cold so I am working from home today. I made several outgoing calls so far. I worry when I make phone calls because I know I was born with a speech impediment.

    I feel like going to a nice beachside town for a week, eating seafood for dinner every night and reading a couple of novels on the beach while I get a tan. I dislike winter weather.

    I love the beach but it makes me want to get on my SCUBA gear and dive.
    Winter here has been a bust. We only got out showshoeing about 4 times and XC-skiing once. Now there is no snow and the temperatures are all over the place.

    Middle of the night, woke up and now am wide awake, wish the gym was open right now to burn off some energy.

    When I am awake in the night I generally either sew another patch on one of
    my comforters or cut up cloth. With the television on so that I don't have to
    listen to the constant ringing in my ears.

    LA had 24 hour fitness, but l was at LA fitness which was decent but felt cramped. They had parking. The best thing was it was two blocks away from a Trader Joe's off of Hollywood Blvd. So it was a very lively place to walk. Tourists, tourists and more tourists.

    12-stepping sucks and is truly toxic. It exists for people who wish to hate themselves for the rest of their lives and who wish to spread their misery in a cult like fashion. Seriously, forget that noise. Forget AA.

    You walked thru the door. You are no longer on their side being manipulated by them. If you hadn't given up the crutch, then you wouldn't be of logical thinking to see the lies being fed to you. Alcohol is a depressant, so it's hard to see the bigger picture outside of feeling depressed.

    After sleeping through most of this weekend, I am going to commit to making my physical health better. Too many health problems recently. I need to reverse this crap and make that a top priority.
