Yeah, I know. I'd thought about it a bunch, and, well... understanding what I do now about this sort of thing, it makes sense for the character. Also I recently asked someone on here to use "she" for me. I'm in no position to have a negative opinion about something like this.

On a total side note, gonna buy the game soon. My friend picked it up, gonna get back into it, it'll be super fun. Theoretically. Have to use the PS4 controller when at his house though, that's a bit of an issue.

Sorry for a late reply here, this site hasnt been working quite right for me lately. And no, I've not played it, though I have heard it is pretty good. One that I mean to try at some point.

Ok. I would love it if you could tell me what you think of it when you finally start playing it!

Okay, that takes the cake for the most bloody baffling thing I've seen all month. What the heck am I looking at? Is... is this someone who stole my name and avatar? And why? Just... what.

It's a screenshot from the visual novel game "Emily Is Away Too". It's meant to simulate an AOL chatroom.

The game has a feature where one of your steam friends will appear in the in-game friend's list that the protagonist has and will have a randomly generated joke profile.

Ahhhhh, I see. That makes more sense. And I knew I'd seen that interface SOMEWHERE before. The look reminds me of a chat program I used to use, thus the confusion.

That game sure pops up a lot on Steam.
Man those VR videos you do are cool.

They're amateurish, is what they are. Bloody recording software barely works, or I barely understand how to work it. I've been putting up more and more of them on my channel though, if you havent seen the really recent ones. Going to go record more in just a moment here.

Still, the VR experiences you present in the videos are cool. Like the arcade.
Just what do you have against Santa Claus?

Well he WAS rather making an evil jerk of himself.

Someone had to do it, yep. His own darned fault.

So the child sexual abuse rumors were true?
Are you British/Scottish? You talk like one. Your profile claims you're from Illinois. Are you an immigrant or something?

That kinda thing also affected my speech patterns. Though only IRL. I kept being exposed to "valleyspeak" and I ended up incorporating elements of it in my speech. I actually am from the San Fernando valley. However my mom made fun of me because she said no one talks like that anymore.

Same. Though with pirates, scotsmen, and supervillains. They spring up in my voice ever so often. I also have an evil laugh.

Oh my god (valley girl) , who cut the cheese. l need to take a selfie.
Who's the chick in your avatar? Is it Yokune Ruko?

I just now noticed that you asked this. Answer: It's Misery, from Cave Story. That's where I got this name.
Read any good manga lately? I discovered Shaman King recently.

I'd recommend Devilman (1972), Tomie (1987), and Medaka Box (2009)

Ooh.... I looked up Tomie, that absolutely looks like my sort of thing. I dont find good horror stuff nearly as often as I'd like. Very nice find there.

Tomie is basically what happens when a Lovecraftian cosmic horror entity LARPs as a human.
glad im not alone in finding films mindnumbing.

And then there's the fact that most "plots" are stupid at best and one big succession of bombs and gunfire at worst. I simply can't handle it. (Sorry, @Misery, for butting in.)

I like it over tv. But go when not many people are there.

yea same here though in my case I just go totally mind blank (or vacant if you will)
or boring in enougher word probably because I have to work so hard to concentrate on what the people are doing that I lose touch with my feelings for lack of a better way to put it which makes it hard to get beyond skin deep
i wish i could articulate my thought half as well as you do.

It's a learned skill, actually. It's something you can work on, if you want. Seriously, you really can.

For me it comes from two things: 1. I read *alot* of books. So many. And 2. Lots of Garfield. I daresay that half of my personality was shaped by that sarcastic cat. That's not a joke.
