Last thing you ate

Low-carb ice cream bar pulled off the stick, with peanuts, and then topped with whipped cream. Probably cost me 10g carbs.
 
peanut butter + carob powder + nutritional yeast + almond meal + prune + water = breakfast.

1/3 Cup Great Northern Beans + 2 T. nutritional yeast + 1 T. rice flour + 1 T. masa + 1 T. cornmeal + 1/2 t. each black pepper & ground oregano, sprinkle Kosher salt. Fried = Supper.

No added salt in it today.

Still working on quantifying the amount of peanut butter
(without using a measuring device that I would have to wash).
 
2 pieces of natural cured bacon, 2 local healthy eggs, coffee, cream, and a banana.
Sunday is often a splurge day for me. :rolleyes:
 
A trail-mix-flavored Clif bar. Not all that tasty, really, but at least I convinced myself that it was somewhat nutritious (it probably wasn't). ;)
