Post something Weird or Random

I'm trying to get a picture in my minds eye based on lectures, on Chaos I watched a few years ago. I see fractals in my family, Also see fractals with quantum mechanics, non locality due to time. Picture is a bit blurry, getting clearer with time. What does this have to do with the message I got after the stroke, I have no idea.

A lot of people think Pollacks art is just B. S. I Know chaos and fractals are related in some way. not sure how just can sort of see it. Is what is happening now politically a fractal repeat of past history? During second world war Germany
took over it's neighbour Austria.

Fractals are patterns produced by apply a set of rules to a starting seed.
Living things are patterns produced by applying a set of rules to a starting seed (DNA).
To me the two, in this sense, are remarkably similar. The equation we plug in to the math is is like the sequence of base pairs - a fixed manipulable set of data to which rules - such as ribosomes that 'read' the DNA to produce something more, etc.
If math is an abstraction of reality, then why would we not see fractals appearing in so many living systems?
Chaos it seems to me, is just complexity beyond our minds ability to understand and thus predict it.

I think fractals and chaos are related after all chaos has strange attractors. Three pendulums hooked together constitute a chaotic system. I once it as a e made an ink it went chaotic I could not get the colour started again Viewed it reach pigment as a pendulum got the colour. Less pigments less chaotic. keep in mind three bodies orbiting each other is a chaotic system yet our solar system exists. Yet I managed to make as many as five inks a day some with four pigments.

To change a chaotic system to a fractal pattern can be done via tolerances like for inks the colour tolerance around each pigment. Can see in my head how to do it but unable to explain in words. Even a three pendulum system
can turn from chaotic to ordered by increasing the friction where they meet each other.

Christiaan Huygens amazing performing pendulum's?
Chaos aint wot peeps fink it it! 😁

If you want to understand how chaos works watch the great courses lectures on chaos. I'm no expert, just can visualize stuff. The lectures detail go into great detail, The professor is a world renown expert.

I think the world has just entered a state of chaos. will it settle on a strange attractor, time will tell. Maybe it will self organize itself again to a stabile system. After all the solar system started out chaotic and eventually became stable for billions of years.

J. Baldwin, tech editor for Whole Earth, reckoned that it took three tries to make a new thing. Once to see the overall construction, once to fix the obvious problems, and once to get it close to what you originally had in mind.
Japanese quality has a lot to do with W. Edwards Deming, who was being ignored in his native US, but got sent to Japan to help with reconstruction. Eventually, a US firm was ordering some precision parts from Japan, and in the contract, stated that they would accept an error rate of 3 per 10,000. They received the order of 100,000 parts, and a separate package containing 30 defective units, with a note explaining that they didn't understand what they were needed for, but hoped that they were suitable.
