It's meant to be hard - really hard. It's my first riddle here, so I have to get you used to my thought processes.

Synonyms won't help you, @1ForAll.

Hmm, now we need clues. How about - Clue #1: The first four lines go together, combining to spell out my name, which is in three parts but only two words.

I cannot figure out yet the name part using those four lines, so the only way I will answer right, is buy naming every food in the world, or by thinking of a food that satisfies one or more riddle lines. Maybe tomorrow I will figure it out as getting late here. Great riddle though. The tougher, the more I will have to think.

The peanuts weren't round like a pea, but they were a rounded (oval) shape. As a globe has two hemispheres, a peanut has two halves.

A peanut is not a nut at all; it is a legume. Orthodox Jews are more likely to know this fact. We recite blessings before everything that we eat, and they are specific based on the food category.

All I can think of is "diamond ores", which would rhyme with "yours". I don't know why it's shining specifically through leaves.
