What did you have for breakfast ?

Fried rice, oatmeal (porridge), banana, spinach/mushroom omelet (only 1 egg's worth), bacon, and coffee.
 
Vitamin "D" supplements...
Fish oil capsule...
General multi vitamin gummy...
Glucosamine tablet...
Magnesium tablet...
A couple of meds...

Yum...
Very filling... :cool:
