  • My wellness meeting with my yoga teacher went good today. I can talk to her like I talk to my therapist.
Too bad next week is the end of Passover so our last meetup will be the following week. I will still have restorative class with her.
I gave up diet soda for filtered water.

I tried four ounces of diet pop a couple weeks ago,
after years of not drinking it. blech

I have not drank diet soda in over a month. My yoga teacher says it's bad for me.
I had a good workout at the gym after doing yoga restorative earlier. I did the bike for 30 minutes, the treadmill for 30 minutes and then the bike again for 30 minutes.
I don't watch horror movies or horror tv shows anymore because then I develop a life changing phobia for the worst.

I nearly got a fear of being burned alive phobia from phantasm 2.

The Freddy movies made me afraid to sleep.

Everyone knows what supernatural did as did the Friday the 13th movies. It also made me lose faith thinking angels were cruel.

Also don't Google fear of being burned alive as you get vulgar toxic reddit profanity with the useless Safe search turned on which blocks nothing.
I weight my self after a month. I am still 312 pounds. I have not gained any weight but I also have not lost any.

I don’t like weighing myself. I feel dread whenever I gain back weight instead of losing it.

That's good, not gaining any weight.

    What about measurements?
Are any of them different from a month ago?
A guy uglier than me but slim only attended church for about 8 months and is already close friends with a woman he only meet last week who is new, they sit together. Meanwhile I been attending for 4 years and I still mainly have more like acquaintances as couples and married women.

Having autism sucks. Not one good thing came out if it for me.

Tony dear, a lot Bout dating is personality and I'm telling you this is truth. A sense of humour is a good quality, being able to just talk to someone. I'm thinking of going back to my bipolar support group because the people are more interactive and I feel often I'm too talkative for this place, to change subjects, more expressive even with bad language. Anyway blame autism, don't blame Tony as I doubt it's personsl

When you approach this with a negative mindset, it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy. My mom married at 39. Have you tried dating apps? You need to go to a place where other single people look for a partner.
Why do people who don't even know each other group in clusters wearing masks? So annoying they are.

I want to get rid if it but it seems impossible. Just like my hearing swearing phobia but medication doesn't really help. What helps with both phobias more is doing yoga and journaling.

You're right. Medication won't erase your thoughts, what you tell yourself about masks and words.
Your journal activity can help with that.

I think you should try to focus on the fact that it started with Supernatural. A tv series. There really is no reason for you to hate masks, before you watched that everything was fine. A fictional tv series shouldn't have enough power to make things like masks so annoying. But I don't know how it is, it's just a shame that a tv series can make problems like that.
On the way to the gym I ran into a woman I know from the Thursday group. She now lives in the area. To think I was just thinking before I went out if I would ever run into her.
I know I should keep this in my personal journal, which I have.
I hate the words boyfriend and husband.

You hate them because neither of those words describe you.
I went to the gym for the first time. I did feel a little out of place as it's big, but I figured out how to use the bike without it pulling. Another woman there felt worse as she could not figure out the bike.

Good luck, the first few weeks are always the hardest part of gym life. Getting used to it. Then it quickly becomes a habbit and it feels strange and wrong if you don't go to the gym. It can be a good place to meet people too, everyone there share an interest or a goal or something.

Well done, Tony! Hopefully it gets more comfortable for you every time you go.
I joined a gym in my area. Now I need the courage to actually do it.

Can you use going to this gym to 'fill in the blanks' on days when there are no yoga classes?
    Would that be possible?
    T
    Tony Ramirez
They are going to be closed for two days at the start of Passover and the end of Passover for two days. I plan on going more to the gym those days if I have the courage to do it.

Being around outgoing people affects you, so go out for sale of it. Try make lots of friends. Watch events, talk about different things, watch comedies for a change, learn some jokes.
I noticed meeting someone was always when I least expected it, life is like this. When you ready to give up you get job?? Huh
I Google Christian singles groups in my area and it gives me a church in Maryland and completly unrelated groups on meetup. Also it gives me a article with no groups saying to look on meetup.

It also has the nerve to show my church which is so far from having singles I am losing interest in it. I give up what a waste.
    T
    Tony Ramirez
Okay so I searched on meetup.com. What a waste. All they had were virtual groups with only one or two members probably all guys. See I am right there are no singles in Brooklyn, just couples, married woman and single guys. I am glad I am listening to smooth jazz to boost my mood because I feel rotten.

So the women you met at yoga....they talking to you, right? So just say gosh...chat to the boyfriend a bit, keep lots of friends...keep bubbly cause less you socialise, harder it is!!! (Fact) then one day when you know people better, say don't you know of a friend for me??
Who knows maybe the neighbour is lonely and too shy and they hook you up
    T
    Tony Ramirez
Just the teachers. The students ignore me most of the time unless they are older than my mother.
Doing yoga helps more with depression than prescription medication.

God made you ND I'm sure you not only lonely one, there has to be someone for you, right? Maybe yoga class is clicky...or snobby, I never did aerobic or pilates, just cycling, bit circuit. I suppose just me, prefer off peak times.
Where would less snobby girls go?

    Tony Ramirez
    Church but most are taken.
When you go out things start to look back to normal until you spot someone wearing a mask then you relize it will never be the way it was. So annoying.
    Rodafina
    Rodafina
I agree, they don’t go back, Tony. People now wear masks for things like the common cold. To them (and to me) it makes sense for the prevention of infection of communicable illnesses.

I’m not trying to invalidate your phobia and your hatred of masks, just that sometimes changes are lasting. There is no going back.
    T
    Tony Ramirez
I still won't wear them even if I have a common code. They are useless in preventing anyone from getting sick. Actually I found out that people that wear masks more get sick more often then those like me who don't. I have not been sick since December and I still did not wear a mask outside, church or the Christmas party.
