I don't want to live any more

It doesn't help when people tell me to "just stop whining". That means I feel obliged to bottle it all up, and that is very difficult and unhealthy too. People need to know how I'm feeling.
Most people know that venting at times is healthy.
The others simply need a little push in understanding that.

We've had several leaks from upstairs over the years, and while they got dealt with, I think they have left mildew growing in places we can't get to, such as inside the walls and ceiling where the leaks were. All we can do is smell whiffs of it every now and then but can't see it anywhere.
How long has this been going on for?
If the leak has been fixed properly, and no additional moisture is getting through, it should dry out the area eventually.

I don't think it will dry out completely inside the wall or ceiling if it's got nowhere to go, hence mold. I hate mold, I wish it didn't exist.

Yes, when you feel emotions very deeply it's so hard not to express them socially. Having anxiety disorder all my life, mixed with hyperactive ADHD, it can be so hard to remain unemotional and it can be quite offensive when people say "oh you're always whining!" It just feels so dismissive, especially if you're not exactly always whining, it just becomes a catchphrase of others to say that whenever you open your mouth. That's what happened to me at school. I did learn to whine less by controlling the tone of my voice, but I'm sorry but when I'm really stressed and overwhelmed having a negative tone in my voice is going to be inevitable, just like when everyone else gets stressed or overwhelmed.
