Stated boundaries verbally again in this relationship. Stated firmly that l felt disrespected. This has helped me tremendously. l find that l don't walk around feeling upset.

I just coaxed my 14-year-old cat out of the top of the tallow tree in the front yard where I hang bird feeders. She's so old, I think she overestimates what she can safely do, but her howling for me to come rescue her worked like a charm. I heard her, I responded even though it is raining, and I probably ruined my house slippers :( in the process, but she finally came down the tree.

I had my tea time outside on the front porch with my Mama and our huskies. It is in the 70°s Fahrenheit and feels great outside.

Bought ingredients for some dishes that I want to cook. Now I need to find the energy to take the next step.
