Riddles

If no-one has anything right now I've an easy little one, but I suspect y'all can do better! 😊

Stand in me and the world's uplifted,
I seem to attract bad weather.
Unfortunately happiness has drifted,
And budgets won't hold together.

Stand in me and the world's uplifted,
I can just think of the word unison for that, or some stand holding up a globe.

I seem to attract bad weather.

Could be many things, and so will defer to point #3

Unfortunately happiness has drifted,

Thinking clouds as a tip there, because of point #2.
And budgets won't hold together.
Do not see the connection with budgets and the other lines.
The word "hold" perhaps you want us to think of the world stick instead. "Hold" seemed awkward to use there. Or perhaps the word "together" was again a theme to focus on instead, like in line 1.

Overthinking it. As with some of my other efforts, each line is a self contained riddle, and while the answer may be the same for each, what that answer is/means may differ.

I can't see how it matches any of the lines to be honest, but as mentioned, I only have a few modes of function so I can't see it. I'm really pretty literal a lot of the time, even when I'm abstract.

[Edit]
The above isn't some kind of subtle clue! I was being literal about being literal!

Line #1: everything's relative
Line #2: oh! the pressure, the pressure!
Line #3: this one's a miserable clue
Line #4: just a symptom

(1) If one was standing in deep water, the rest of the world could be seen as above you.

(2). Moisture (water) causes bad weather.

(4) "won't hold water" is a common phrase
