  • 12 years ago, my therapist considered me to be a “vulnerable adult” because I was going through life without having any personal boundaries of my own. I was intentionally raised to be that way. Damn it.
Anybody want to grab Indian food with me tonight? I love their shrimp korma and their samosas.

    That's a great game plan.

On the wrong side of the country but I'd be down.

I’ve never had shrimp korma before. That’s new to me.
A six pack of ice cold beer sounds very good right now. 🍺

I am working on emotional regulation. I am getting better at being less reactive. And faster at breaking down my triggers. Do you see changes in yourself when you are triggered?
Yay! All the time I spend today standing in direct sunlight while waiting for busses that never came has given me a lobster face! It hurts! I want to use strong language in this post to express my frustration!

There must be a place for feedback on service.
I suppose the responsiveness to informative input is low, though.
I am starting to seriously hate how understaffed my local public transit system is, as it leads to an increase in incredibly late bus runs and bus runs that end up not happening at all. It is highly inefficient and it screws up my daily living big time.

I very much dislike buses for so many reasons. I've experienced very similar issues. It never seemed to make any difference how early I left the house the unreliable buses often made me late for work. I used to walk home as it was quicker and slightly less "peopley" :-)
I am tempted to go to McDonald's for lunch after work today. Not healthy at all, but I do love McNuggets and I do love their salty fries.

I ended up getting sweet chili chicken at a Thai place instead.

Do you have a small family run independent burger joint near you? Yreka has one, and the woman who owns it does quite well for herself despite her over the top political opinions posted everywhere, albeit in line with the area. It's as if Roseanne Barr took her acting money and opened up a greasy spoon in some out of the way town.

Her food is actual real food, not compressed chemicals like McD's "food", so she's always busy. The new fast food minimum wage in California doesn't apply to her. She has two employees and they're related to her. Everybody in town goes there because her food is so good. Find a place like that and you won't have to worry about pickling yourself.
I recommend that horror fans go to the cinema and watch In A Violent Nature. We need more uncut and unrated horror in the cinemas.

Thanks, l am interested in reading the outline.
I want a cigar. I think I will buy one on the way home from work today.

Nice. I drove home on a back road today from work so I could smoke a pipe with the windows down on the old sedan.
I wish I had some marijuana. Maybe I should leave the Internet for a weekend instead. I do plan on going to museums tomorrow.

    How often do you eat?
I feel like buying a 12-pack of beer on the way home from work today, along with some fried chicken, mac and cheese, and potato wedges. Definitely going to avoid the store today. All of that does sound great to me right now.

I wish it were the weekend right now. Instead, it is hump day. Halfway there. I want to take the bus to Seattle on Saturday and have a fun day to myself, eat some fancy Thai food and see some museums.
