    Five weeks until I board a jet plane, to disappear from adulting for two weeks and spend time with good friends. I will be eating a lot of beans and rice in the meanwhile so I have more cash for this trip.

    Yeah, the vacation will be an all out blast. Lots of museums and gardens are planned for visitation. A trip to a fancy Brazilian steakhouse is also in the cards. Hiking trails will also be covered. And a trip to a legit therapeutic masseuse for me and my best friend out there.

    A couple of losers just hit the bus I was riding to get home with a trailer full of trash hooked to their pickup. They ditched the trailer and drove off. But people here have their license plate on their phones now.

    There is nothing wrong with that, if you can afford to do it.
    You should start by laying out a "what if" budget to see if it is feasible.

    You should also consider the impact of unscheduled days on your depression...

    I was just looking up how much it pays, it's a much more complex system than ours, but the average seems to be enough to live on if you're careful with it. The biggest problem most of us have is paying rent, that's usually our biggest expense.

    R.E.M. sleep is actually good for us.
    It helps sort out our emotional issues, so I have read.
    It does help me.
