    Can never understand those who come here with a sense of entitlement

    Look, I don’t know everything but I do know something: having respect

    I came from nothing man. My family came here with 50 dollars, two bags and we had to live in a place with no elevators, no ACs, no nothing

    I don’t care what some of these fools do back home, but one thing is clear: you come here, you don’t integrate, then get out

    My problems all comes down to one thing: the perfectionist mindset

    I try to do too much at times, that’s because I deal with anxiety

    I feel the same about washing my hair. It's been greasy for a few days now and I just keep putting talcum powder on it. I hate getting my head wet but I know I have to do it sooner or later.

    Society is confusing at best

    They tell us sitting down kills you and that it is bad for your health

    Then they tell us to be happy with our bodies

    No one can exercise 100% of the time, we have to sit down sometimes

    How can one be happy about its own appearance when we have constantly being bombarded with things we will never understand

    Thoughts do not have to lead to actions. Some thoughts just come and go. Obsessive thoughts sometimes need to be told that they have outstayed their welcome.

    Agreed. Also obsessive thoughts and ego are interconnected

    Everyone got ego but not everyone have an uncontrollable one
